This is the website of TONY KIRWOOD.

I am a leading UK comedy specialist - in writing, teaching and performing.

My COURSES and WORKSHOPS are designed to motivate people of all ages, types and backgrounds to get up (or even lie in bed) and be funny. My philosophy is, if I can do it, so can you. And that being funny is good for you.

SKETCH PERFORMANCE WORKSHOP

This is a preliminary notice, as I'll be filming in the new Harry Potter movie and have had to put back the dates until I know exactly when I'll be clear.

Over a weekend, participants will write a character-based sketch and see it performed by professional actors in a Central London venue. The probable date is late November - early December. Keep an eye on this space!

"I love comedy. It's the only art form that's also a social grace. You meet a sculptor at a party, you can't say "He's terrific, look at what he can do with the potato salad."
